MorningStar Ministries is an international Christian ministry founded by Rick and Julie Joyner that focuses on helping individuals and communities grow with purpose, strong values, and principled leadership. Through publications, conferences, schools, and a wide range of affiliated ministries—including a local church—the organization provides resources shaped by a biblical worldview to support personal growth, service, and lasting impact. 

During my work with MorningStar Ministries, I identified a need for a brand refresh to better support the organization’s digital presence and growing network of sub-brands. While the logo was internationally recognized and carried more than 35 years of brand equity, it was not optimized for modern digital environments, and visual consistency across ministries was limited. I refined and simplified the core icon, developed a comprehensive brand guidelines document to guide adoption across the organization, and unified the visual system by deepening the primary blue color palette. The typography was updated to Montserrat and Adobe Garamond Pro to improve readability, flexibility, and overall brand cohesion while preserving the ministry’s established identity.
